How To Add Openrouter API Key To YACSS
OpenRouter is used in YACSS for Content Tools and AI Websites. It gives you access to hundreds of AI models through a single API. This guide walks you through generating your key and connecting it to YACSS.
Go to OpenRouter Settings
Go to openrouter.ai and sign in. Click on your profile name in the top right corner and select Settings from the dropdown.

Create an API Key
In the Settings sidebar, click API Keys. Then click the Create button on the right.
Name Your Key & Confirm
Enter a Name for your key. You can leave the credit limit and expiration as default. Click Create to generate the key.
Copy Your Key
Your new key will be displayed. Copy it immediately — it will only be shown once and cannot be retrieved later. Save it somewhere secure before closing.
Open the API Tab in YACSS
In YACSS, navigate to API from the sidebar. Find the OpenRouter card and click the Manage button.
Paste Your Key & Save
Paste your key into the API Key field in the OpenRouter API Connection modal and click Save — your OpenRouter account is now connected to YACSS.
