How To Connect Digital Ocean To YACSS
DigitalOcean is a leading cloud platform offering scalable object storage and infrastructure for developers and businesses. YACSS allows you to connect your DigitalOcean account to manage cloud storage and deploy your content seamlessly alongside your other workflows.
Open Cloud Connectivity
In YACSS, navigate to Cloud Connectivity from the sidebar. Click Connect on the Digital Ocean card to begin the setup process.
Prepare Your Inputs
You will need three things: a Name (any label you choose), a Key, and a Secret Key. We will retrieve both keys from the DigitalOcean dashboard in the next steps.
- Name — Any name you want to identify this connection
- Key — Access Key ID from DigitalOcean Spaces Object Storage
- Secret Key — Secret Key from DigitalOcean Spaces Object Storage
Open DigitalOcean Dashboard
Go to the DigitalOcean Spaces Access Keys page and sign in to your account.

In the sidebar, click Spaces Objects, then click the Access Keys tab and click Create Access Key.
Select Full Access
In the dialog, select Full Access, give your key a name, and click Create Access Key.
Copy Your Keys
Once created, copy both the Access Key ID and the Secret Key. The Secret Key is only shown once — make sure to save it immediately.
Paste Into YACSS & Save
Return to YACSS. Paste the Access Key ID into the Key field and the Secret Key into the Secret Key field. Click Save — your Digital Ocean connection is now active.
