How To Connect Hetzner To YACSS

Hetzner is a robust and affordable European cloud provider offering S3-compatible object storage. YACSS allows you to connect your Hetzner account to manage cloud storage and deploy your content seamlessly alongside your other workflows.

Sign In & Open Your Project

Go to the Hetzner Cloud Console and sign in to your account. Open your project from the dashboard.

Step 1: Sign in and open your Hetzner project

Open Security & S3 Credentials

In the left sidebar, click Security, then open the S3 Credentials tab.

Step 2: Open Security and S3 Credentials tab

Click Generate Credentials

Click the Generate Credentials button in the top right corner of the S3 Credentials tab.

Name & Generate the Key

Type any description for your key, then click Generate credentials to create it.

Copy Your Keys

Copy the Access Key and the Secret Key. The Secret Key is only shown once — save it immediately before closing the dialog.

Open Hetzner in YACSS

Return to YACSS, navigate to Cloud Connectivity, and click the Connect button on the Hetzner card.

Step 6: Click Connect on Hetzner in YACSS

Paste Into YACSS & Save

Enter any name you like in the Name field, paste your Access Key into the Key field, and your Secret Key into the Secret Key field. Click Save — your Hetzner connection is now active.

Name — Any name you want to identify this connection
Key — Access Key from Hetzner S3 Credentials
Secret Key — Secret Key from Hetzner S3 Credentials

Step 7: Paste credentials into YACSS and save

Done! Your Hetzner account is now connected to YACSS.
