How To Connect Vultr To YACSS

Vultr is a high-performance cloud platform offering scalable object storage and infrastructure for developers and businesses worldwide. YACSS allows you to connect your Vultr account to manage cloud storage and deploy your content seamlessly alongside your other workflows.

Open Cloud Connectivity

In YACSS, navigate to Cloud Connectivity from the sidebar. Click Connect on the Vultr card to begin the setup process.

Prepare Your Inputs

You will need four things: a Name (any label you choose), a Hostname, a Secret Key, and an Access Key. We will retrieve all of these from the Vultr dashboard in the next steps.

  • Name — Any name you want to identify this connection
  • Hostname — Retrieved from Vultr Object Storage S3 Credentials
  • Secret Key — Retrieved from Vultr Object Storage S3 Credentials
  • Access Key — Retrieved from Vultr Object Storage S3 Credentials

Open Vultr Dashboard

Go to the Vultr Cloud Dashboard and sign in to your account.

Create Object Storage

In the sidebar, click Products → Cloud Storage → Object Storage. Click Create Object Storage and complete the setup. Once created, click on its label to open it.

Copy Your Credentials

Inside your Object Storage, find the S3 Credentials section. Copy the Hostname, Secret Key, and Access Key.

Paste Into YACSS & Save

Return to YACSS. Paste the Hostname into the Hostname field, the Secret Key into the Secret Key field, and the Access Key into the Access Key field. Click Save — your Vultr connection is now active.

Step 6: Paste credentials into YACSS and save
Done! Your Vultr account is now connected to YACSS.
