Mass Page Builder — Company Info Tab

The Company Info tab is where you enter your client's business details. This data feeds directly into multiple locations across the generated website simultaneously — the page footer, the About Us page, the Local Business schema block, and the image SEO EXIF metadata. Every field that has a location is noted below.

1

Company Info Tab Overview

The Company Info tab is the central place to store all of your client's business details. The full form includes fields for business type, name, contact information, location, URLs, coordinates, and a company description. Below is the complete tab as it appears in the builder.

Top Controls

Menu Item Links and Contact Us Nofollow — A checkbox ticked by default. When enabled all navigation menu links and the Contact Us button are given rel="nofollow" so link equity does not pass through those navigation elements. This applies across every generated page including the About Us, Privacy Policy, Sitemap, and News pages.

Load Company Profile — Opens a popup listing your previously saved company profiles. Select a profile and all fields on this tab populate automatically. Saves time when generating multiple websites for the same client.

The profiles shown are ones you have previously saved using the Save Company Profile button. To use a saved profile, fill in the company details first, then click Save Company Profile — after that it will be available in the Load Company Profile popup.

To create a new profile, click the + button highlighted below. This lets you name and store a brand new profile rather than overwriting an existing one.

Display in Footer

Display in Footer — A checkbox ticked by default. When enabled the company details block (Name, Phone, Email, City, State, Zip, Address, Google Business Profile, Google Business Website, Company Website) is rendered in the left column of the footer on every generated page including About Us, Privacy, Sitemap, and News pages. Unticking this hides the entire company block from the footer while keeping it in the schema.

When Display in Footer is enabled, the company block appears in the left column of the footer on every generated page, as shown below.

Select Local Business Type

A searchable dropdown that sets the schema @type value for the Local Business JSON-LD schema block. This tells search engines what kind of business the website represents. It does not appear as visible text on the page — it only appears inside the schema code in the page <head>. The default is the generic Local Business type. Available types span every common local business vertical including Automotive, Emergency Services, Entertainment, Financial, Food, Health and Beauty, Home and Construction, Medical and Dental, Professional Services, Retail Stores, Sports Activities, Lodging, and more.

Include Citations as Links in Pages

A checkbox that embeds a block of external reference links into the generated pages. When ticked the following options appear.

Place on Homepage — Adds the citations block to the homepage.

Subpage Placement — Adds the citations block to subpages. When ticked choose between placing on all subpages or random placement on subpages.

All Citations / Determine Number of Citations on Each Page — Controls whether all citations are shown per page or a random subset within the interval you specify.

Citation Interval Start / Citation Interval End — Sets the minimum and maximum number of citations to show per page when Determine Number is selected.

Citation Box Heading Title — The heading label displayed above the citations block on the page. Default is "Citations and other links."

Appears in: The citations block renders as a titled list of links within the page content area on whichever pages you select. The block heading uses your Citation Box Heading Title text, and each line of the Citations textarea becomes one link in the list.

Citations

A textarea where you enter the citation URLs, one per line. These are external directory or reference listings for the business such as Yelp, Yellow Pages, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other profile URL.

Appears in two places: First, the URLs are included in the Local Business schema sameAs array in the page <head> — this is always done regardless of whether the Include Citations checkbox is ticked. Second, if Include Citations is enabled, the URLs are also rendered as a visible link block within the page content area on the selected pages.
