Mass Page Builder — Entities Tab
The Entities tab is where you provide a list of topical terms, related keywords, or named entities that YACSS will randomly pull from and insert into the generated pages. Entities help add topical depth and variety to the content, and are also used in the schema and meta keywords of each page.
Entities Tab Overview
The Entities tab contains a single input mode — Select random Entities from text file — along with controls for how many entities are inserted per page and how they are formatted visually in the content. Below is the full tab as it appears before a file has been uploaded.
Select Entities from Text File
A drag-and-drop file uploader. Upload a plain .txt file where each line is one entity — a keyword, topic, proper noun, location, service, or any other term relevant to the website's subject matter. For example a roofing website might have entries like "shingle repair," "flat roof installation," "gutter replacement," and so on. The system pulls randomly from this list when generating each page so each page gets a different selection of entities.
Appears in: Entities are inserted into the content of each generated page in the formatting style you choose below. They also appear in the meta keywords tag of each page and are referenced in the webpage schema.
Entity Interval Start / Entity Interval End
Two number fields that control how many entities from your uploaded file are selected and inserted per page. The system picks a random number between the start and end values for each page, so the entity count varies naturally across pages rather than being identical every time. Both default to 3, meaning 3 entities are inserted per page unless you change the range.
Numbered Bullet Point List
A set of checkboxes controls the visual format in which the selected entities are rendered on the page. You can tick one or more formats and if multiple are selected the system varies the format across different pages.
Numbered Bullet Point List — The selected entities appear as a numbered ordered list (1, 2, 3...) within the page content. This is the default option and is ticked by default.
Unnumbered Bullet Point List
Unnumbered Bullet Point List — The entities appear as a standard unordered bullet list.
Bold
Bold — Each entity is inserted as individual bold text phrases within the content rather than as a list.
Italic
Italic — Each entity is inserted as individual italic text phrases within the content.
Appears in: Whichever formats you select are applied when the entities block is rendered inside the main content area of each generated page.
List Interval Start / List Interval End
Two number fields that appear when a list format is selected (numbered or unnumbered). These control how many items appear in the list on each page, separate from the overall entity interval. The system picks a random count between the start and end values per page. Both default to 3.
