Mass Page Builder — Local Tab

The Local tab is where you build a library of locally focused content entries that are inserted into your generated pages. This tab is specifically designed for adding location-based or company-specific information that gives each page a local relevance signal.

1

Local Tab Overview

Appears in: The local content entries render within the main content body area of each generated page, drawn from the library you build on this tab.

2

Display Mode of Local Content

Two radio buttons that control how the local content entries are visually displayed on the generated pages.

Hidden Inside Accordion — The default selection. Each local content entry is displayed as an accordion-style section with a clickable heading. Visitors can expand a section to read the full content and collapse it again when done. This keeps the page layout compact when multiple entries are present.

Show on Page — All local content entries are displayed as fully visible static sections with no expand or collapse functionality. The complete text of every entry is shown in full on the page at all times, one after another.

3

Local Company — Add New Local

Add New Local — A button that opens a popup modal where you create a new local content entry and save it to your library. Each entry you add is stored and listed in the area below the button on this tab. You can add as many local entries as you need. The entries stored here form the pool that the system draws from when generating each page.

Add New Local — Modal Fields

When you click the Add New Local button a large popup modal titled "Generate Local Content" opens. It is divided into two main sections: a top area for setup and configuration, and a tabbed area where you generate the actual local content elements.

5

Choose Driving Directions From

A radio button at the top of the modal that selects the data source for driving direction content.

Default — Uses the Google Places API directly with the company and location details you enter in the modal fields below. This is the standard option for most users.

Local SEO Module — When selected a different set of controls appears allowing you to pull driving direction data from a project already saved in your Local SEO Module. You choose the project from a dropdown, then set how many Embeds, Links, and GBP Links to pull from it. You can also choose to include additional embed types from the project: Embed From Sheet, Embed From Slide, Embed From Doc, Embed From Calender, and Embed From Google Form. After configuring these options you click Insert Directions to load the data into the modal.

Fetch Company Info from Google

A yellow button that opens a secondary popup allowing you to search for the business on Google and automatically populate the Company, Google Place ID, and location fields below. This saves you from having to look up and enter the Place ID manually.

Company, Google Keyword & Google Place ID

Company — A read-only display field showing the company name pulled from your Company Info tab. This is the business whose local content you are generating for this entry.

Google Keyword — A text input where you enter the category or type of business to search for nearby on Google — for example "Restaurant" or "Pharmacy". This keyword is used when generating Things to Do and Driving Directions content to find relevant nearby places of that type around the company's location.

Google Place ID — A text field that holds the unique Google Place ID for the business. This ID is used by YACSS to fetch data about the business from Google including reviews, images, and the map embed. A link labelled "Find your Place Id Here" opens the Google documentation in a new tab to help you locate the correct ID. This field is populated automatically if you use the Fetch Company Info from Google button.

Driving Direction Radius — A number field that sets the search radius in metres used when fetching driving directions and nearby places. The default is 3000 metres (3km). Increasing this value will find places further from the business location.

Content Tabs

Once the company details are set, six tabs appear where you generate specific types of local content. Each tab has its own Generate button and a results table where fetched items appear for review before saving.

Images Tab

Images tab — Fetches images associated with the business from Google. You set a Start and End range (maximum 10) to control how many images are retrieved. Three output format radio buttons let you choose between Images (actual image files embedded on the page), Links (clickable links to the images), or Combination (a mix of both). Clicking Generate fetches the images and populates the results table below where you can review and remove individual items.

Things to Do Tab

Things to Do tab — Fetches nearby tourist attractions, restaurants, or points of interest matching your Google Keyword from around the business location. You set a Start and End range (maximum 10). Clicking Generate fetches the nearby places and displays them in a results table showing the name and photo of each place.

DD from Competitors Tab

DD from Competitors tab (Driving Directions from Competitors) — Generates driving direction content from nearby competitor businesses to your company's location. You configure two separate output types. For Embeds: tick the Embeds checkbox and set a Start and End range (maximum 12) to control how many competitor embed iframes are included. For Links: tick the Links checkbox and set a separate Start and End range (maximum 100). You also choose which transport modes to include — Driving, Walking, Bicycling, and Transit checkboxes. Clicking Generate fetches the competitor direction data and displays it in a results table showing each competitor's name and embed/link.

DD from POI Tab

DD from POI tab (Driving Directions from Points of Interest) — Works the same as the Competitors tab but generates driving directions from nearby points of interest to the business, rather than from competitor businesses. The same Embeds / Links configuration and transport mode checkboxes apply. Start and End ranges control the quantity, with the same maximums of 12 for embeds and 100 for links.

Reviews of Address Tab

Reviews of Address tab — Fetches Google reviews for the business using its Place ID. You set a Start and End range (maximum 20) and choose the output format — Embeds (review widgets), Links (links to the review pages), or Combination. Clicking Generate fetches the reviews and displays them in a table showing each reviewer's name, star rating, and review text.

Save & Close

Save — Saves the entire local entry — including all the generated images, things to do, driving directions, reviews, and map embed — to your Local content library on the tab. Once saved the entry appears in the list below the Add New Local button and becomes part of the pool drawn from when generating pages.

Close — Closes the modal without saving.
