Mass Page Builder — Privacy Policy Tab
The Privacy Policy tab controls the content of the privacy-policy.html page that is generated when Include Privacy Policy is enabled in the Build Settings tab. The page uses the same navigation bar and footer as every other generated page, so all the company details, links, and social icons from the Company Info and Footer tabs appear there automatically. The only thing you configure here is the body content of the privacy policy itself.
Auto
The default selection. When Auto is selected you do not write any privacy policy content manually. YACSS generates the privacy policy text automatically using AI based on the keyword, company name, and business type you have provided in other tabs. The generated text is a standard privacy policy covering data collection, cookies, third-party services, and contact information, written for the business type and keyword context of the project.
Appears in: The full-width content body of the privacy-policy.html page, between the page navigation bar and the footer. When Auto is selected the Privacy Policy link is also automatically added to the footer navigation on every generated page.
Auto — Generated Output
Below is an example of the automatically generated privacy policy page. The content is a complete, structured privacy policy with sections covering Consent, Information we collect, How we use your information, Log Files, Advertising Partners Privacy Policies, Third Party Privacy Policies, CCPA Privacy Rights, GDPR Data Protection Rights, Children's Information, and Publisher details — all written using your project's business context.
Manual
When Manual is selected a rich text editor appears below — the Privacy Page Content field. This gives you full control over what appears on the privacy policy page. You can write or paste any content you want, format it with headings, bold, italic, lists, tables, links, and images using the editor toolbar. The editor supports pasting from Word documents and switching to HTML source view if you want to paste pre-built HTML directly.
Privacy Page Content — The rich text editor that appears when Manual is selected. Whatever content you enter here replaces the automatically generated text and becomes the entire body content of the privacy-policy.html page. You can paste a standard privacy policy template, a client-provided policy, or write one from scratch. The content renders exactly as formatted inside the page's main content area between the navigation and footer.
